Whenever I break and or place a block my game's frame rate lowers from its usual 100 to about 10. This happens at random times for no reason. Sometimes its whenever I place a block anywhere or break any block. And sometimes its only below sea level (y:62). I have been experiencing this since 1.13's release but It is just now getting to me when no matter how many times I restart the game, the launcher, or my PC, The problem is still prominently there.
