i was making a skin for minecraft, then when i equipped it, it only showed the outer layer. the parts of the outer layer that were meant to be see-through were white. the white stuff should have been see-through, but it wasnt. id like some help with this

      What I expected to happen was...:
      i would just change my skin and be done.

      What actually happened was...:
      the parts that were meant to be transparent werent, they were just white

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. go to the skindex

      2. take a skin

      3. add some stuff to it

      4. download it using microsoft paint

      5. equip the skin                                     

      the bug should happen by that time
