When i was working on my cave spider farm, i had glass in my inventory and as soon as i broke a block of stone, all of the glass was missing. I had around 21 glass in my inventory and i was crouching since there was a slab on top of my head when i broke the stone. I looked in chests and hoppers but i couldn't find it.
