I can't walk through any doors being opened by buttons and pressure plates. Doing so results in rubber banding back to the other side of the door with the door shutting.

I am unable to damage mobs most of the time. Occasionally mobs take damage but only in narrow time slots that are random and far apart in occurrence.

Mobs are continually freezing in mid air and rubber banding in unison. This results in them being fixed in place for most of the time. They very rarely respond to hits or inventory interactions from the player.

Damage received by the player takes several seconds to register. Falling from a height often continuously teleports the player back to their previous position, which sometimes means falling indefinitely.

Blocks that get broken pop in and out of existence, the breaking progress on blocks keeps resetting. It is generally unclear whether you can break a block. Sometimes they reappear in many numbers, and sometimes they don't drop their items for a very long time.

I have a high end PC with Windows 10 and good CPU and GPU s. The rubber banding occurs in every world. This is happening in vanilla Minecraft with no mods installed. It begins immediately after loading a world and remains constant throughout the session. I have the up to date version of Java and the up to date Minecraft launcher, but the game has a slideshow-like appearance despite a high frame rate. This issue has been occurring for a few months.
