I have a problem with my Minecraft

So I downloaded Minecraft forge and wanted to install a few mods and I was on 1.12.2 and tested the mods. At first I thought that you might have to pull the items in 1.12.2 so I didn't think much and I didn't continued playing but then I switched to 1.14.4 and had optifine on and then I had to pull the items in 1.14.4 also thought that was a bug then restarted the pc to see if it was just a mistake then I started minecraft again and I still had to pull the items and then uninstalled and looked again but nothing helped I would be happy about a message xD.
