rain can't be seen in glass pane's.

      actually this also happened in older versions.
      i start to look at the glass and see that there is no rain.
      but after i went outside. i saw a rain. but if i see trough a glass pane. there is no rain particle's.
      i hope you guys fix this in 1.16.1
