I have assembled a list of screenshots to showcase the problem but the main issue is the fact xp from quartz isn't filling the bar. My friends however, are getting xp themselves from quartz and their bar is filling up so I am not entirely sure what is going on here.

It is also worth noting everything else gives me xp properly.
