after coming across the first ruined portal in a survival world (begun in 1.15.2 and updated to 1.16 and then 1.16.1) the loot chest was unable to be opened, and every block was unable to be broken, also could not get into boats; after relogging into the world this was fixed and the issue did not occur again when finding other ruined portals
