Minecraft 1.16.1 opened by default as a window (where I can still see the taskbar at the bottom of the screen) and sound playing from that window. When I hit f11 to enter full screen, sound stops. After hitting f11 again to exit fullscreen, sound still does not play. 

I have checked all of my audio settings and cannot resolve the issue. When i restart my computer, minecraft plays sound again (but only in non-fullscreen mode).
