When trying to purchase arrows from my level 3 fletching villager with emeralds. 1 emerald for 16 arrows it appears to give and take back almost immediately... Basically refunding arrows back to fletching and giving back my emerald. But you can see the numbers change and add they just reset after a half a second it seems. I'm on the Xbox one version.
