The bug

The text background on titles, items, and actionbars (present with the option "Text Background" set to everywhere) are exactly rectangular, whereas a pixel is removed from the corners in Bedrock Minecraft.

This ticket was created with the intent of Bedrock's text background being implemented into Java.
