Walked around my server and noticed no passive mobs spawned, I tried with spawn eggs but they appeared to die immediately after spawning, mobspawning is turned to true and nothing else should affect it, I tested and only mobs that can physically hurt you cant spawn, I'm not sure why this has occurred but I really need it fixed as I have people wanting on my server.
