Can not connect to any server over Cellular

      The current client (1.16 and 1.16.1) will not let me connect to any server over Cellular.  Not private servers or features servers.  It says generating world and then hangs.  When I try my private server I do see the client connect but the mobile app just hangs.

      Yes: I have "Use Cellular Data" set to ON.

      This only happened after moving to 1.16+
