Villagers cant farm and pick up things if destroying rights for mobs are off

      1. before creating the world i turned off destroying rights for mobs to stop creepers explosions, but i didnt expect that it means for villagers that they cant farm land and pickup things, so they are not able to breed. Now this gamerule is useless and after spending almost 120h in my world i have to start a new one only to turn it off! , it should be changed in 1.16.2. pls do it! save a thousands of worlds! pls!
