What I expected to happen was...:
I picked up seeds from the ground (pumpkin) and they got in my main item bar.

What actually happened was...:
The seeds became invisible. Only when I pressed Q (drop held item) the seeds appeared on the ground. No sound of picking up items was heard when I picked the "invisible" seeds and no name icon appeared in my bar.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. (i am not sure) Floating sky islands world type seed. I was farming pumpkins. I used the hoe to till the soil.
2. I was about to put the seed in the ground and in that exact moment, the soil got untilled.
3. The seed was "Invisible" in my hand.
