I noticed on a server I play on, my mob farms broke. I went into a singleplayer world on 1.16.1, and recreated the creeper farm. When I noticed creepers were not spawning, I removed all the items in the room (carpets and trapdoor to make creepers spawn) and noticed mobs were not spawning anyways.
