Villagers with the farmer profession can no longer craft/exchange to other villagers bread which they used to be able to do prior to 1.14

The farm in the screenshot is a design from ilmango https://youtu.be/_1umDm4dpIk?t=401 where the farmers trow there extra food in mine-cart hopper by trying to trow the items to the central villager and works perfectly with potatoes/carrots/beetroots 

i also tested the bug in a "controlled environment" whit three villagers (1 farmer and 2 other villager) where filled the farmer whit wheat and provided them whit:beds and workstations to reproduced but never saw them trow bred or make a baby
