      When summoning any mob in 1.16.1, the command now only allows for custom health at a generally low limit. If a number past the limit is used, then the mobs health is set to the limit.

      Example: (all in one line)

      /summon minecraft:giant -7 52 -71 {Attributes:[

      {Name:generic.maxHealth,Base:200}

      ],Health:200.0f,CustomName:"\"Alex\""}

      This just summons a giant with 100 health now.

      In previous versions up to 1.15.2 the max health data was not so limited.

      Attached is a screenshot from attempting to summon a giant with health 200 and using a boss bar to max 250 health. However, immediately upon summon, the giants health is max 100.

      Multiple kinds of mobs including zombie and slime were also tested, and show the same results that max health is capped.

      A large range for custom health is paramount for people making custom bosses. Please fix this.
