The Nether Ambient Sound: Whispers is playing at too low volume to the point where you can only slightly hear just a tiny part of it if no other sound is playing and most of the time not hear it at all, beacuse the rest of the game sounds for eg Ghast cries, footsteps, breaking/placing blocks and even other ambient sounds are too loud in comparison to the whisper sound
