Some pistons, droppers and dispensers get BUDed under powered redstone depending on position

      When you power a piston, a dispenser, or a dropper with even powered redstone on a block on top of the powerable block, it activates and doesn't deactivate when turned off, unless you update the block. See example setup in the screenshot
