On the Nintendo Switch, my game won't connect to the internet. Once it does connect, it gives me an error and crashes. Once I'm redirected to the switch menu, my whole console freezes and I have to restart it.

If it doesn't give me an error, it just freezes without warning and I have to restart my Nintendo Switch because the game freezes my whole console. 

I've tried deleting all the data, restarting the game, deleting the game and data and redownloading it. Nothing worked.
