I had all the necessary items and blocks to instamine but it didn't let me. 

Since I had a Efficiency V Netherite pick and a beacon with Haste II, I was expecting it to instamine stone. 

But when I tried to mine the stone it wasn't as fast as i thought. It felt the same as mining with only the pickaxe. It didn't insta mine for me. 

(i restarted my minecraft world, it didn't work. i restarted my pc, it didn't work. i even tried it in a creative world, it still didn't work)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a netherite pickaxe with efficiency V.
2. Get a beacon (I use emerald blocks)
3. Set up the beacon

4.Try to mine stone with the pickaxe.
