Game crashes, can't play the game 

What I expected to happen was...:
Play the game For more then 5 minutes 

What actually happened was...:
No cause at all just walk that would be a cause. Play the game and the app crashes bye bye all the hard work and pets can't even play the game 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Play the game 
2. Game crashes then goes black then your on the home screen Of your I pad 
3. Go back into the app and all has been deleted shocking 

I have opened the app went on a world And boom black it's gone not loading nothing works 1 star rating will be writing another report on the game fix this or give me a refund
