I first got minecraft on this pc a little over a month ago and i logged into my old account and then i just re-downloaded minecraft. I then  joined my friends server and it was running fine (144fps). A few days later i gave my old minecraft account to my brother and then i made a new account for myself so that we could play together. I bought minecraft on my new account and then i proceeded to join my friends server again and it was running good for a few days. I then wanted to make my own offline world so I did.  When I loaded into my new world i noticed that the framerate was way too low (30fps) and i don't know what caused it. I have not been able to fix it and i don't know what to do now. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing minecraft but that didn't fix it.  My pc is able to run much more demanding games so why is my pc not able to run minecraft? My specs are: gtx 1080, ryzen 5 3600x, 16gb ram, and b550 motherboard.

What I expected to happen was...:

I would expect my computer to be able to run minecraft at a solid 144 fps

      What actually happened was...:
I log into my world and it only is able to run it at around 30 fps
