So recently I have had tons of lag, such as the game taking about two minutes to save the world (which is a small file) and taking a minute or so to go through the nether portal. But today it started having problems loading chunks. This is a new world and I got the chunk loading to stay there, not loading even after a couple of minutes. My computer is more than capable to run Minecraft and I haven't had this glitch before 1.16.2. Don't know whats going on?
