i have been trying to fix this error all day and i cant, all the other people on my realm can play but i cant.

can someone please help me i have been trying to get into my realm and it keeps giveing me an error that says "Internal Exeption: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host" i have restarted minecraft and restarted my pc and also my router i have tried to launch a differant version of minecraft and and still hast been working i have uninstalled minecraft and reinstalled it and i still have the same issue
