Hello! I need some help with something.

For some reason my Minecraft will not open. Like, whenever I launch it, it just gives me a screen that is blank, but whenever i click on the screen, it shows that it is "Not Responding".

I dont know if anyone have this kind of problem, but i did uninstalled it and reinstalled minecraft, but yet the same problem applies.
