So whenever I try to launch Minecraft, the screen looks really weird and I get a tab that tells me there is a error when I try to change the version

      I'm not good at using computers at all, like I have no idea what im doing, so I'm pretty sure I downloaded the wrong file to run Minecraft on my laptop lmao. I literally just press a bunch of buttons until it works. I play Minecraft all the time, but I'm not sure why this started happening.
