Repro steps:

1. Launch the game.
2. Create a new game in Creative Mode.
3. Get Milk from the Creative Inventory.
4. Set camera view to 3rd person back or front.
5. Drink the Milk.
6. Observe the issue.

Observed results:

No animation of eating or drinking is visible from the 3rd person perspective. The issue occurs from both 3rd person view back and front. The issue occurs with all edible or drinkable items.

Animation of eating or drinking is visible from the 3rd person perspective.
