While playing with Pause on lost focus: disabled when focus brought back to the game, Player can use their mouse as usual.

However, if a block is being mined, cursor cannot be moved in any direction.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. F3 + P to disable Pause on lost focus.
      2. Play as usual.
      3. Change focus to another window. Maybe even minimize Minecraft.
      4. Come back to the game.
      5. Without pausing the game start breaking a block (Hold LMB).
      6. Try to move cursor while breaking the block (Keep holding LMB).

      Expected result:

      • Cursor can be moved even when mining, allowing smooth transition between blocks being mined.

      Actual result:

      • Cursor freezes, only allowing movement with WASD keys. No way to look around while holding down LMB.

The problem fixes itself if the game is paused after re-focusing.
