After updaying from 1.16.4 to 20w45a and generating new chunks, blocks no longer drop anything

      Blocks don't drop themselves or their items after updating from 1.16.4 to 20w45a and then generating new chunks. 

      How to reproduce:

      Generate a world in 1.16.4

      Update to 20w45a

      Generate more chunks in that world

      Try to mine something in survival- it won't drop anything
