This bug seems to happen randomly when playing the game, it makes the camera oscillates along the last velocity vector (technically, it seems that the last position is not updated on each tick and then the interpolation repeat indefinitely). All my movement controls, all player animations (even items in hotbar are no longer animated) are blocked (not the left click ??), and I can't even see my player in 3rd person view. This is why I think it's not, or mainly not an issue from the server I'm playing.

I have not yet managed to reproduce this bug other than playing a lot at Minecraft.
