Hello, I've noticed an issue on my server that people will be seemingly randomly removed from a team that they were a part of, then have to be manually added back into whatever team they were a part of before. Relogging does not fix it nor does restarting the server.

I thought it might have been related to commands somehow but I'm not sure as it doesn't happen consistently while typing in commands. However I included an example of a command causing it in the attachments.

If this has already been reported then I apologize in advance, I tried looking for it among the reports but couldn't find one.
