Every time I get on minecraft and enter a game/server it either crashes or says it's out of memory.

      I always log into Minecraft (almost everyday) so that I can have fun playing, and then it stopped working! I try to get into my personal games and it crashes! I try to get in servers and it kicks me out saying it's Out Of Memory!Please try to resolve this issue.
