Crash, it keeps crashing, the new launcher

      What I expected to happen was...:
      It would launch minecraft

      What actually happened was...:
      It keeps changing my desktop settings to low then after it crashes it turns back and the logo still looks like it's on the low setting

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Open 1.6.1 launcher
      2. Press 'Play'
      3. Crash
