Fortune enchantment does not work

      Me and my friends have a realm and I wanted to make a fortune pickaxe because i'm the designated miner. When I enchanted my diamond pickaxe with Fortune 3 and started using it I would come across diamonds and coal and nothing would happen. I would mine 20 coal and get 20 coal. 10 diamonds and get 10 diamonds. Fortune is broken
