While riding horse and passing through a 3 high block with nothing under will take suffocation damage immediately (no waiting for the bubbles to disappear). Mining the block while taking damage is at underwater mining speeds. This happens with every solid block I have tested. Version 1.16.210.53 Bedrock Beta.
