This is most likely an intentional oversight, but the crafting tag above the crafting slots in the inventory (and possibly other UI elements that are static as well (Although I have checked chests, furnaces, and crafting table so far and they are safe.) are not dynamic in length. The bug is that in some languages, the words go beyond the tag. This is not a problem in English, and, for instance, Japanese, where the word is クラフト, but in Russian, where the word is создание, the tag is too short for the word.
