What I expected to happen was...:
The block would get pulled and pushed and the same rate of the sticky piston's pull/push
What actually happened was...:
When the sticky piston pushes the block and retracts too fast it doesn't bring the block back until it extends for the 2nd time
(only happens when Redstone circuit has too many charges sent through at once)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. place a sticky piston in any direction
2. use an observer to send a charge when the sticky piston extends
3. place another sticky piston behind the observer in the opposite direction of the first sticky piston so that it gets charged by the observer
4. place another observer so that it charges the first sticky piston (at this point it should make a loop where one piston activates the other because of the observers)
5. place a block on 1 of the pistons so that it gets pushed and pulled (you will see that the block does not get pulled back half the time)
