Staying on black screen for 10 min then red mojang screen for 20+ min when trying to sign into account. We have tried setting up new user which loads successfully as normal so have ruled out nintendo switch fault. This only happens when using 1 gamer tag on nintendo switch and allows others instant access however the one we would like to access is the one for which realms and multi player have been purchased. I have been moved around from place to place for more than 1 month and would really appreciate a person contacting me regarding this issue rather than constant bots. Thank you
