I was playing on a single player creative world and I teleported in a tundra, but when I did there was a huge lag spike. I tried teleporting again but I found myself in the sky with nothing around me. I exited the world, however the game was stuck on the "Saving World" screen. I eventually had to force quit the game (Note: this was a while ago and this might be fixed).
