I've already posted this before, but it was marked as "duplicate" to another post which was posted after mine and had the exact same description copy pasted but didnt include the skins part. Here are my problems again:

I bought minecraft java edition after December 1st, which was when players had to sign in with a Microsoft account to buy the game because of the migration update.

I can't change my skin; I can upload it to minecraft.net, it still works with skin grabbers such as minecraftskins.com or namemc.com but I still show as ugly alex in game even when I give myself my own player head. 

I can't join any multiplayer servers like hypixel, it gives th message "the authentication servers are currently down for maintanence". Please help, my java username is GoldPlaysReal and my xbox gamertag is GoldPlays1330
