      The bug

Normally, when clicking on a link that is built into the game (trusted links), such as the Manage with Microsoft Account link in the Social Interactions menu or the Accessibility Guide button under Accessibility Settings, the warning given is as follows:

Do you want to open this link or copy it to your clipboard?
      [link]

The message given for a player-sent link, a link in a book, or other non-built-in-to-the-game links (non-trusted) is as follows:

Are you sure you want to open the following website?
      [link]
Never open links from people that you don't trust!

The warning given when clicking the [Intentional Game Design] link when dying to a bed or respawn anchor explosion is the second one, a non-trusted link. This implies that the message is being sent or was put there by a player.

      How to reproduce

      1. Enter the nether, and place a bed
      2. Run the command /gamemode survival
      3. Click on the bed
      4. Click on the [Intentional Game Design] link on the death screen or in the chat after dying
You are presented with a non-trusted link warning
