Hello Mojang. I contacted you in early 2020 and didn't get a reply, so I had to message you on twitter in 2021 to get ae information. Everytime I start minecraft on the default launcher, it always stops in the end and doesn't load at all after I restart it, it shows me an issue code : 0. I had to use Windows Visa to make it work, but it automatically removes skins from the game.

I'm planning to make a project and it's important for me to view other people's skins. Would you please tell me how to fix this and bring the skins back? Hope you're having a wonderful day
