Minecraft very laggy on computer with above recommended specs.

      If I load into a Minecraft world, I tend to get around 15-30 fps, although on Badlion Client I can comfortably reach 150+ fps on the same world. I am really confused about this, normal Minecraft, and mods are basically unplayable.
