Grimstone and it's variants are not translated into any other language.

      When I changed the language into something else than english, the grimstone always has the same name.

       

      How to reproduce

      1. Go to options and change the language.
      2. Find the grimstone (or it's variant) in your inventory.
      3.  The grimstone is always "Grimstone".
