Launcher Setup Error

      No matter how many times I attempt to restart the launcher, it cannot red my files. I haven't enabled any firewalls since I've only had this computer up and running since yesterday. There are no other accounts linked to this computer and I am the admin/owner of the PC..

      Am I doing something wrong?
