When i make a new world in single player the world is broken. I can move, but i cant use commands and the whole world just doesn't respond, i can only  move and break blocks but blocks don't drop and i can interact with entities (villagers,  cows). and i don't get fall damage. And it doesn't work in any version with or without optifine/forge
