An hour ago i purchased my minecraft account, and it doesn't allow me to enter multiplayer servers(even realms, in the realms there is a infinite loading, in the video i can't show for too long because the minimum size is 10 mega), i tested restarting my pc and looking in my firewall settings and again it doesn't work. if i can't resolve the issue i wolud like a refund.
