bugged day night cycle

      so i was making a build yesterday and i logged off nothing strange or anything. The next day i logged back in WITHOUT any commands like /gamerule randomtickspeed or anything else my world started shifting between day and night... I noticed that when i put the time to like 1000 it shifts to the opposete of it! i will link my world file and a clip
